Specializing in Commercial, Investment, Development and Acreage Real Estate

DeBolt Properties is a full service real estate company.  Mark DeBolt and his associates are active professionals in the real estate industry.

Upon deciding to specialize in the commercial and investment market, he founded DeBolt Properties in 2002 to make his specialization a reality.  Dealing primarily in the investment, acquisition, development and sale of commercial properties and acreage in Marion County, Florida, allows us to service our clients in an effective and professional manner.

Prior to his involvement in the real estate investment and brokerage business, Mark enjoyed a long and successful career as a commercial lender with two banks in Marion County.  Mark has been highly involved in the community as past president of the Rotary Club, current Chair of the Downtown Development Commission and Brownfield Advisory Board, current Board President of the Centers, founder and past president of the Downtown Business Alliance, among other activities.

DeBolt Properties and its associates embody the same principles of trust and integrity that Mark has established in his many years of doing business in the area.
